Our hands-on cooking classes are interactive, social and instructional.

Come meet other foodies like you who also want to learn to cook and get ballsier in the kitchen! All levels welcomed. We prepare cuisine from all around the world, from French, Thai, Peruvian, Indian, Sushi, Italian to Desserts, Hors D’oeuvres and much more…

Price: Classes range between $35 to $65 per person.

Includes: 5-8 menu items, a cordial/beverage, take-home doggie bags if leftovers, free parking and downloadable digital recipes.

Topic: Creating Soups, Sauces and Dressings from Scratch. Our Culinary Basics classes focus on cooking techniques, kitchen norms, and tricks of the trade. This is a hands-on session. We will prepare dinner using some of these menu items.

Culinary Basics #2: Knife Skills Class (TUE 2/29 @ 7PM)

Topic: How to Execute Several Classic Cuts. Our Culinary Basics classes focus on cooking techniques, kitchen norms, and tricks of the trade. This is a hands-on session.

Expect to learn: 

  • How to Cut a Whole Chicken in 8 serving pieces
  • 10 Classic Knife Cuts: Tourne, Paysanne, Large dice, Medium dice, Small dice, Brunoise, Fine Brunoise, Batonnet, Julienne, and Fine Julienne

We will prepare for dinner:

  • Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken
  • Fresh Aji Amarillo Mashed Potatoes
  • Tomato Chutney
